Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Youβll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@pixiequillshop.com if:
- The item is defective or damaged.
- You received the wrong item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items.
- Gift cards.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
For merchandise shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.
To qualify, your item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note: The 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to certain items (e.g., custom products or perishable goods).
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, weβll notify you about the refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
