Order Processing

  • Please allow 2-3 business days to process your order unless your order includes personalization.
  • For personalized or custom orders, processing may take 7-14 business days before shipping.
  • You will receive an email with tracking details within 72 hours of your order being shipped.

Shipping Times

  • Most orders are typically delivered within 5 to 10 business days to the Contiguous United States after shipping.
  • For international orders, delivery times vary based on the origination and destination and may range from 5 to 20 business days.

Note: Orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Depending on the product, your order may be shipped from either a local warehouse or an international warehouse, which can affect shipping times.


Flat Rate Shipping

  • Flat rate shipping fee of $6.95 applies to orders under $50.
  • Free shipping on all orders over $50.
  • Worldwide Flat Rate Shipping ($6.95) is available to the following countries:
    United States, Canada, Mexico, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Bulgaria, Denmark, Greece, Germany, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Switzerland, Slovakia, Romania, Poland, Portugal, Norway, Spain, United Kingdom, Sweden, Japan, Philippines, South Korea, Saudi Arabia, Malaysia, Israel, Australia & Oceania, New Zealand, Middle East, Cyprus, Jordan, Kuwait, UAE, Turkey, Bahrain, Qatar, Chile, South Africa.

International Shipping

  • We offer shipping to the countries listed above.
  • Delivery times vary and can range from 5 to 20 business days, depending on the origination and destination.
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are applied upon reaching your destination country.
  • Pixie Quill is not responsible for these charges; they are your responsibility as the customer.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted up to 30 days after delivery for unused items in their original condition.
  • Refunds will cover the full order amount, minus the return shipping costs.
  • If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@pixiequillshop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these issues on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Exchanges are not available at this time.
